We are looking for an experienced and autonomous professional to support analysis, development, and continuous application evolution within a CRM environment. The role involves direct contribution to the implementation of improvements, fixes, and technical enhancements, ensuring high‑quality delivery and controlled impact across the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform functional and technical analysis of enhancement requests within CRM applications.
• Design and implement solutions in Siebel CRM (8.1.15).
• Execute technical and functional testing to ensure overall software quality.
• Assess impacts across the entire CRM One ecosystem and associated Datastage pipelines.
• Develop, correct, and optimize application components.
• Ensure technical alignment across integrations, SOAP services, databases, and front‑end layers.
• Support version control and maintain technical documentation using CA Harvest.
• 3+ years of solid experience with Siebel CRM.
• Experience with Datastage (ETL), PL/SQL and Shell Scripting.
• Knowledge of SOAP integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with web technologies: CSS, HTML, Javascript.
• Experience working with Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with version management using CA Harvest.
• Ability to assess technical impacts in complex and highly integrated systems.
• At least one of the resources must have strong analytical and management capabilities.
• Autonomy and proactivity in research, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
• Strong sense of rigor, organization, and commitment to delivery quality.
• Clear communication with technical and functional teams.
• Adaptability and critical thinking.
• High sense of responsibility and technical maturity.
• Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 3 times per week in the office).
