Job Description
Main Accountabilities:
• Working in collaboration with our 3rd Party offshore vendor, provide thought leadership on solutions to meet our Call Centre, Service to Sales and B2C requirements
• Design solutions which satisfy business requirements utilizing Siebel frameworks
• Develop and ensure Technical Specifications and Programming standards are maintained
• Ensure the application performs within established SLA's
• Assist to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, meet requirements.
• Develop excellent working relationships with Business and IT stakeholders
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies in the areas of CRM and Call Centre
• Minimum 5 years of progressive information technology experience, with full application development life cycle and systems integration experience in a development environment
• Minimum of 3 years experience with Siebel technology
• Experience in the following Siebel functionality: email Response, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), Virtual Business Components (VBC) integration, Siebel Workflow, Assignment Manager, Genesys CTI Integration, Web Service Integration, Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM), Leads Management, Marketing Server, Campaign Management
• Siebel 8.x experience
• Experience working in an onshore/offshore model
• Excellent problem analysis and trouble shooting skills
• Good knowledge of change management and problem management processes
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. You will be working with end users and other IT organizations
• Ability to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
Assets:
• Good working knowledge of Java, VB, C++ programming languages would be a definite advantage
• Knowledge of the financial and insurance industries in particular Group Health Benefits, Group Retirement Services, and Direct sales
