Shuttle Van Driver

Position Summary:  

The Shuttle Van Driver is responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from designated locations in a timely and courteous manner to and from Rexburg. This role requires exceptional customer service, strong attention to safety, and a commitment to maintaining the company’s high standards of professionalism and reliability. 

Key Responsibilities:  

Safely operate company shuttle vans in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.  

Transport passengers along assigned routes or schedules, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs.  

Provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer service always.  

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any maintenance or repair needs.  

Communicate effectively with dispatch or supervisors regarding delays, route changes, or incidents.  

Complete and submit all required trip logs, inspection forms, and reports accurately and on time, and ensure cleanliness inside and out.  

Adhere to all DOT, state, and company safety standards.  

Qualifications:  

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.  

Minimum age of 21 (or as required by insurance regulations).  

Previous experience driving passenger vans or similar vehicles preferred.  

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.  

Schedule:  

Full or Part-time positions with 6–12-hour shifts.  

May include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on route needs
