Job Description
HockeyStack is building the agent infrastructure for enterprise revenue. We spent five years building the only data architecture that preserves causality across the full revenue stack — every interaction, every signal, in sequence. On top of that foundation, we built Nex-lm, a purpose-built AI engine that compiles natural language into deterministic agent workflows. The result is a platform that can extract the revenue blueprint from a company's data, encode it into repeatable automations, and execute it across sales, marketing, and customer success — consistently, at scale.
We are not building a dashboard tool with an AI feature. We are building the operating layer that replaces the human bottleneck in enterprise revenue organizations. This is a category being defined right now, and we intend to own it.
We have raised $50M+ from Bessemer Venture Partners, General Catalyst, Y Combinator, and others.
We move fast and we hire people who want to win.
Since launching late 2023, we have grown to 8-figures in ARR, process over 60 TB of revenue data monthly, and we are working with some of the largest B2B companies in the world like Microsoft, Harvey, New Relic, Collibra, etc.
The job
Break the internet every week, manipulate the algorithms, and create content with taste.
What this actually means
HockeyStack is building Revenue Agents for the enterprise. The product is ambitious. The story is sharper than anything else in B2B right now. The gap is distribution.
The CRO has hacked HockeyStack to 5x YoY growth through his own creator channels, urgency, and ability to turn a half-formed take into assets that start conversations and deliver revenue. That engine works and needs to scale.
We need someone who lives inside the Founders’ heads, extracts their best ideas, and ships them as videos, stunts, static, and long-form at a pace that puts B2B on notice. You will not make every asset yourself. You will own the concept, write the brief, direct the production partners we already have, and ship.
You are the Showrunner. The room, the story, the final cut. Make HockeyStack known, meaningful, and habit-forming. Create conversations. Break the internet.
What your week looks like
Monday: 30 minutes with Emir. Record it, mine it, pick the big swing for the week.
Tuesday: Concept locked. Brief the teams, make sure we have everything we need.
Wednesday and Thursday: Production.
Friday: Ship. Review what worked. What didn’t. Line up next week.
One big swing per week. Everything else amplifies the swing across formats.
What you own
The idea. The concept. The script. The direction of the shoot. The edit notes. The post. The decision to kill something at 7pm and start over.
Distribution, full stop. Amplification decisions. Channel choices. Relationships with creators, podcasters, KOLs.
What you do not own
Paid media. Product marketing. The backlog. Anything that is not the weekly swing and distribution.
Who you are
You have personally made something that broke containment. Not "ran social at a company." Made something people shared without being asked. A campaign, a show, a stunt, a character, a video, a post, a product. Something with your fingerprints on it that moved culture even a little.
You can explain why Succession or Interstellar works scene by scene. You watch things twice, once for the story and once for the craft.
You can write, concept, direct, and ship without a 12-person team. You know when to use the machine and when to shoot on your phone.
You are obsessively fast. You ship at a pace that makes people uncomfortable.
You have opinions. Strong ones. You will kill your own ideas before anyone else has to.
You have a personal following of taste-makers. People who matter on the internet care about what you create.
Who you are not
A B2B SaaS marketer. A brand manager. A content strategist. A social media lead. Someone who needs six stakeholders to approve a thumbnail. Someone who uses the word "stakeholder."
Where you come from
Liquid Death. Duolingo. Cash App. Mr. Beast. Notion. Whop. Arc. A24. Vice when Vice was good. A top creator’s team. A prestige show that got cancelled. A YouTube channel at 500K-2M subs that hit a ceiling. Your own creative studio where you perfected your craft. An ad agency you left because you hated the model. A startup that made one perfect thing and then disappeared.
What we offer
Direct line to the Founders. Real creative control. Real budget, day one. No layers. No decks to defend your ideas. No one watering down your work. The promise that what you conceptualize is what ships.
Equity that matters, market-competitive cash, and the biggest creative canvas in B2B.
How to apply
Send Emir one asset you made that broke containment and one POV from the Revenue Agents argument you would turn into a cultural object. No pitch deck. No resume. One link, one idea.
