Per il nostro Showroom Max Mara di Milano, stiamo ricercando una risorsa per il ruolo di Receptionist.

In quanto primo interfaccia con il cliente, interno ed esterno, la figura di receptionist rappresenta una risorsa chiave, capace di trasmettere dal primo ingresso in Showroom l'immagine di attenzione ed eleganza che contraddistingue il gruppo.

Il/la Receptionist è responsabile della creazione di un ambiente positivo, informando ed indirizzando i visitatori ed il personale interno all'azienda nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali e delle priorità assegnate.

• Accoglienza Ospiti e Clienti
• Gestione dell'agenda e relativi spazi dello Showroom
• Supporto quotidiano allo Staff
• Cura dello showroom
• Gestione ordini e merce in transito
• Applicazione della Travel Policy
• Inserimento note spese
• Archiviazione documentale
• Gestione della comunicazione inbound ed outbound

Quali requisiti stiamo cercando?

• Diploma turistico, tecnico dell'accoglienza (o affini), laurea triennale in lingue
• Ottime competenze nel relazionarsi con interlocutori multipli
• Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese (almeno a livello b2)
• Forte interesse per il mondo della moda
• Disponibilità a svolgere un'attività full-time
