WE ARE HIRING:

Showroom Assistant

Requirements

*Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field (completed).

*English proficiency.

*6 months to 1 year of experience in visual merchandising, styling, showroom, or a similar role.

*Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.

Activities

*Support with showroom operations.

*Appointment scheduling and coordination.

*Inventory management for each piece.

*Interaction with clients, influencers, stylists, etc.

*Personalized attention for each scheduled showroom appointment.

*Providing information about products, collections, and promotions.

*Keeping physical and digital stock updated.

*Preparing products for display and restocking empty areas.

*Ensuring the showroom is always tidy, visually appealing, and aligned with the brand image.

*Assisting in display setups and seasonal changes.

*Supporting office tasks related to orders and customer follow-ups.

Skills

*Clear and courteous communication.

*Empathy and excellent customer service with all types of clients.

*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

*Proactivity and problem-solving abilities.
