A leading property management company is looking for a personable individual to take on the administrative duties of a London shopping centre currently undergoing a multimillion-pound redevelopment on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity for someone to develop their skillset within a fast paced and dynamic environment for a high profile client.
The role:
• Assist with administrative duties on site
• Meet and greet everyone on site; whether that be contractors, customers or the client
• You will open up the office in the morning and talk to customers and the public
• You may assist with the marketing team on site when required
The candidate
• Be personable
• Have experience working in administration within a customer facing environment
• Communicate well with different people
• Have basic knowledge of IT
