Shopper Marketing Intern - 12 Month Placement

Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Shopper Marketing Intern to be based across the UK. This is a paid 12 Month internship. You must be completing a Placement Year as part of your university course or within two years of completing your degree. The internship runs from the 6th July 2026 to July 2027. You must be available for the whole duration of the programme. The role will close on Monday 30th March at 10am. 

 

The Shopper Marketing Intern will work with our Shopper Marketing Manager and the wider Shopper Marketing team as we as complete our mission: ‘To put Red Bull at maximum danger of being sold’ and ensure we always Look Like No1. You’ll work to support on our key initiatives and brand plans gaining knowledge of the sales, category and insight functions and how collaboration is key to our success.

In-Outlet Point of Sale

Developing solutions that align to the Red Bull brand plans and initiatives, focusing on NPD launches

Point of sale production management and stock allocation with our distribution partners.

Customer & Stakeholder Relationships

Establish effective joint working relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, including regular cross functional meetings with other teams.

Attend Customer meetings, briefings and relationship building opportunities.

Develop strong relationships with our key internal stakeholders – Brand, Sales, Field and Operations.

Team Player

You’ll be keen and comfortable with providing in-person or group updates on your projects. You’ll live and breathe the Red Bull values and philosophies.

Currently studying a degree and seeking a placement or internship as part of your studies or within 2 years of completing your degree.

Creative, time management, prioritisation, organisation, adaptability, relationship building.

Ability to forge strong relationships.

Ability to ask great questions that help you fully understand any brief you receive and check in to ensure you are on the right track.

A desire to learn from every experience and to be better today than you were yesterday.

Strong verbal and written communicator.
