Job Overview:

We’re helping our client, a highly profitable, pre-IPO cookware brand endorsed by Gordon Ramsay, find an experienced and innovative Shopify eCommerce Specialist to join their digital team. From bootstrap roots to global kitchens, our client is disrupting the cookware space with hybrid innovation and omnichannel growth.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of our Shopify store. You’ll collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to deliver a seamless, engaging, and efficient online shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities:

• E-Commerce Integration: Maintain and optimize Shopify store functionalities, including products, pages, collections, and third-party integrations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Website Maintenance: Maintain the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring functionality, performance, and consistent alignment with brand guidelines.
• Content Management: Manage and update website content using a content management system (CMS), specifically Shopify’s CMS.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize website user experience, log & grow in customer engagement, and increase conversion rates.
• Analytics and Reporting: Collect and analyze website performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• SEO Implementation: Implement SEO best practices to maximize discoverability and improve site performance.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure website alignment with broader branding and campaign strategies.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Security: Implement and maintain security protocols to protect customer data and ensure compliance with industry standards. As well as security and personal environment.

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify).
• Proficiency in Shopify CMS and apps, including managing multiple integrations, as well as having worked with Shopify Liquid templates.
• Knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of SEO principles and experience implementing SEO strategies is a bonus, not a requirement.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a good command of English.
• Ability to work EST (Eastern Standard Time) hours.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
• Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry are a plus.
