Job Title: Shopify E-Commerce Manager
Job Type: Full-time / Remote
Work Hours: PST
Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Store Management:
• Manage, maintain and optimize the Shopify store, including product setup, categorization, pricing and merchandising.
Product Data & Audits:
• Ensure product data accuracy, including descriptions, images, tags, variants, and inventory across all sales channels.
Promotions & Campaign Execution:
• Set up and manage promotions, discount codes, and sales events.
Third-Party Channel Syncing:
• Sync and manage product feeds across TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Shopping, and other marketplaces.
Product Tag & Category Optimization:
• Implement and maintain product tagging strategies to enhance searchability and filtering.
NetSuite Product Management:
• Manage product data, pricing updates, and inventory syncing within NetSuite for seamless e-commerce operations.
Performance Audits & Reporting:
• Regularly audit product performance, pricing, and promotions.
• Provide reports with actionable insights to improve sales and efficiency.
Collaboration with Marketing & Merchandising:
• Work closely with marketing, design, and merchandising teams to execute promotional strategies effectively.
SEO & Product Descriptions:
• Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion, leveraging SEO best practices.
Automation & Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve efficiency in product management and promotions.
Customer & Sales Support:
• Assist in resolving product-related issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
• C1 English Level
• Proven experience managing Shopify stores setup, including product and order management.
• Experience managing product feeds across TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Shopping, and other marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce best practices, digital marketing, and site optimization.
• Proficiency in NetSuite or other ERP systems for product and inventory management.
• Familiarity with analytics tools, like Google Analytics, to track performance and inform decision-making.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
