ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:                       

To champion OpenRoad’s Climate Goals.

Provide safe and efficient shuttle service for clients to and from the dealership

Maintaining the cleanliness of the service department and lot.

Washing and vacuuming vehicles after service repair.

Greeting customers with a professional manner.

Directing customers to the right personnel for further assistance.

Ensuring department is free from clutter and is kept tidy and clean at all times.

Assist Technician upon request in basic mechanical tasks up to and including using a tire machine.

Follow company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report any and all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.

This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Highly self-motivated individual, ability to work effectively under stress and deadlines.

Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

Have an attention to detail and high quality control standards.

Be able to work effectively against deadlines.

Able to work in a productive, fast-paced environment

Able to work effectively with Service Advisors, Parts Advisors, and Technicians

Possess a valid British Columbia Driver’s License, ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission, and present a current copy of your driver’s abstract (ICBC driver’s record) for review.
