Your Role in Our Road to Success:

Supervise and coordinate daily shop operations

Assign work orders and manage workflow to meet deadlines

Lead, train, and mentor shop personnel

Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards

Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, organized shop

Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with complex jobs

Communicate with management regarding productivity, staffing, and equipment needs

Maintain accurate records and reports as required

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or similar role

Strong technical background in RV's and Marine

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills

Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver’s license

Weekend availability
