South Houston Nissan is hiring for a Sales Team Leaders / Floor Managers to assist the sales team!
Job Summary:
The Sales Team Leader / Floor Manager is primarily responsible for advising and motivating salespeople, as well as coaching and teaching strategies to sell vehicles.
Supervisory Responsibilities – Overseas all team members on the sales team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist with interviewing, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of all salespeople.
Ensuring that each customer is greeted as quickly as possible.
Identifying business opportunities to increase the company's sales and profitability.
Developing strategic procedures to maintain customer satisfaction.
Checking inventories and reporting inadequate supplies.
Directing and scheduling the activities of all department employees, ensuring proper staffing at all times.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication skills both oral, written, and electronic.
Outstanding organizational skills
Service-oriented, ability to stay calm even when dealing with difficult customers.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and other electronic communications such as email, text, video calls, etc.
Inventory control software
Education and Experience:
Experience working as a floor manager or sales manager for a dealership preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
A valid in-state driver's license.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, stoop, squat, twisting upper body, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee may be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
