KAESER Compressors Canada Inc. is seeking a lively and dedicated Shipping-Receiving Clerk to join our Western Branch team! Mission of the position

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the incumbent is responsible for various tasks related to the dispatch and receipt of goods.

Main tasks

Unload the equipment using a forklift truck or hand pallet truck;

Store received equipment in the appropriate sections of the warehouse (compressors, dryers, motors, pumps and oils);

Prepare and package equipment to ship orders (including wood pallet manufacturing);

Move parts and/or equipment to be used for modifications or maintenance;

Prepare and ship materials for trade shows;

Receiving goods in SAP;

Collect and label warranty parts;

Serve the team when the forklift is required;

Inspect and arrange for proper maintenance of the forklift;

All other related tasks.

Job requirements

Qualifications

High school diploma

1 to 2 years of relevant experience

Driving license - Forklift

Knowledge of English languages

General knowledge of information technology

Experience with SAP an important asset

Capacity frequently lifts loads of 50 lbs

Knowledge of logistics and carriers an asset
