What You Will Be Doing:
Helion is hiring a contract Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage incoming and outgoing shipments to support our production, and R&D. You will report to the Inventory Control Manager at our Everett, WA location.
You Will:
• Promptly unload trucks and deliveries during business hours
• Collaborate with Materials Management, Sourcing and Procurement, Production, Engineering, and Finance, and other related departments to resolve problems related to receipt and distribution of material
• Package materials for shipment and transport
• Manage transactions in Helion’s ERP software
• Utilize 3PL software to coordinate shipping
• Maintain clean, organized storage locations across the shipping, receiving, and storage areas
• Operate material handling equipment including, but not limited to: forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts
• Support first shift operating from 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
Required Skills:
• 2+ years of related experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs
