We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our operations team in New Orleans, LA. This role is essential to ensuring the accurate handling, tracking, and movement of incoming and outgoing shipments. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments

• Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders accurately and on time

• Maintain organized inventory and storage areas

• Record shipment data and update internal tracking systems

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations

• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer and data-entry skills
