We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Dallas team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth movement of materials, merchandise, and branded assets. Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct routine stock checks
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment
• Organize warehouse space to maximize efficiency and safety
• Ensure all documentation related to shipments is properly completed and filed
• Follow company safety procedures and operational standards
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer proficiency for inventory systems and documentation
