About the Role
We are seeking a Shipping Coordinator for company orders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, speed and efficiency, and excellent communication to ensure accurate and timely shipments.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor order status for specialty and major accounts.

Manage routing and vendor guides for assigned accounts.

Process orders using EDI systems.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints via email.

Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Prepare invoices and bills of lading.

Review and follow up on daily open shipments.

Collaborate with warehouse and other departments to meet shipping deadlines.

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Previous experience in shipping coordination or related roles.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and time sensitive shipping dates

Comfortable using computers and order processing systems.

Familiarity with apparel industry processes is a plus.

Experience working with routing guides and shipping portals, as well as FedEx, UPS, and USPS

Must be eligible to work in the United States.
