Shift: Days (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) & OT

Type: Full-time Monday to Friday, some Saturdays

We’re a leading cabinet manufacturer, and we’re looking for Shipping Associates to join our hardworking, energetic team. In this role, you’ll be on your feet and moving all day—prepping, stacking, and palletizing finished cabinets for delivery. It’s physical work with purpose, in a supportive team environment where safety and quality come first.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing finished cabinets for shipping by stacking and palletizing products accurately and safely
• Moving products through the shipping area using manual and powered equipment
• Supporting the team to meet daily schedules for on-time and complete deliveries
• Following quality and safety standards at all times
• Keeping the shipping area organized, efficient, and ready for action

What You Bring to the Team:

• You’re physically fit and comfortable lifting heavy products and being on your feet all day
• You’re a team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• You’re reliable, organized, and safety-focused
• Experience in shipping, warehousing, or manufacturing is a plus, but we’ll train the right person

En este puesto estarás de pie y en movimiento todo el día preparando, apilando y paletizando gabinetes terminados para su entrega. Es un trabajo físico con propósito, en un entorno de equipo solidario donde la seguridad y la calidad son prioridad.

Lo Que Harás:

• Preparar gabinetes terminados para envío, apilando y paletizando los productos de manera precisa y segura
• Mover productos dentro del área de envíos usando equipo manual y motorizado
• Apoyar al equipo para cumplir con los horarios diarios y asegurar entregas completas y a tiempo
• Seguir los estándares de calidad y seguridad en todo momento
• Mantener el área de envíos organizada, eficiente y lista para operar

• Buena condición física y comodidad para levantar productos pesados y permanecer de pie todo el día

• Experiencia en envíos, almacén o manufactura es un plus, pero capacitamos a la persona adecuada

• The ability to read measurements, work, or calculate numbers.
• Must be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50 lbs.; and
• The ability to stand or walk up to an entire shift (up to 10-12 hours).
