Position Summary
The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and logging incoming equipment for calibration. This role ensures each item is accurately documented, properly identified, and prepared for processing within the lab’s workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and verify incoming calibration equipment against packing lists or work orders.
• Perform initial condition checks and document any damage or missing components.
• Enter equipment details into the laboratory system and generate work orders.
• Apply labels, barcodes, and status tags to maintain traceability.
• Communicate discrepancies or issues to customers, technicians, or customer service teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to handle and inspect technical equipment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous lab or calibration experience preferred but not required.
This position will be based in our Tempe, Az office Monday -Friday.
