Job Description

The Shipper packages and crates product to be shipped out to customers and vendors.

Responsibilities:

Verifies packing slip against parts

Packages product in crates or boxes

Builds wooden deck for actuators, frames it, secures product, and wraps

Loads trucks

Education and Experience

High School diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge and skills

Ability to use tape measure and follow guidelines

Basic computer skills

Ability to use hand tools: table saw, radial arm saw, nail gun, air stapler

Certified forklift driver or ability to pass test

Knowledge of UPS Worldship a plus

Working conditions:

Walking 25%

Kneeling 50%

Standing 25%

Lifting up to 75 lbs.

Hourly range: $17.85 - $21.00 depending on experience
