Distillery Shineslinger requirements:

Guest Service focus being top priority

Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers

Possess the ethics and positive attitude that support our values and culture

Reliable with strong work ethic

Must have the ability/stamina to work a minimum of (20) hours a week.

Ability to stand/walk for 2-8 hours per day.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate and key in data

Must be able to work in both a warm and cool outdoors environment.

Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer traffic.

Must be a team player and able to work well in a team environment.

Must be able to multi task.

Must be comfortable encouraging sales and engaging guests.

Positive and motivational attitude and good interpersonal skills.

Quickly adaptable to changing work responsibilities.

Able to interact with guests and create fun and memorable experiences.

Hospitality focused.

Able to promote a great consumer image of the Caribbean Moonshine’s brand.

Able to prioritize and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility and willingness to work necessary overtime as required.

Ability to be flexible on a daily basis to meet the needs of the business.

Ability to recall facts, figures and events from memory.

Must be active and able to interact throughout the experience daily having ability to stand for up to 8 hours and ability to lift 25 pounds if required.
