What is this role?

As a Shift Supervisor for Cirkul Water's bottling line, you will be responsible for driving daily production on high-speed filling and packaging equipment, setting clear direction for line operations, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met. This role involves leading and supporting team members on the floor, addressing employee relations as needed, and quickly troubleshooting equipment or process issues to keep the line running smoothly and meet production targets.

2nd Shift - Monday through Friday, 2:00PM to 10:30PM

What does an average day look like?

Driving Results: Driving the team to deliver on safety, quality and production goals and flowing resources to the highest priority work.
Taking Ownership: Be self-motivated, dedicated, and willing to provide feedback on people, systems, and processes as necessary.
Making Decisions: Managing and escalating HR issues as well as, completing 30-60-90 and annual reviews.
Cultivating Relationships: Working cross functionally to ensure equipment is up and running, proper training, and providing input to drive productivity and safety.
Instilling Trust: Leading with integrity, setting compelling directions and providing on-going coaching.
Customer Focus: Delivering the highest quality products that consumers will continue to love.

What background should you have?

• 3+ years of manufacturing supervision or production driven management experience.

• Experience managing safety and HR systems including timesheets, time off, etc.

• Knowledge of production and quality systems in a bottling line.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds in a warehouse environment.

• Willingness to work hard, stay until the job is complete, and demonstrate resilience.

• Have a positive attitude, willing to work with multiple levels of employees, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
