As a Shift Supervisor, youâll be the steady presence that keeps the shift running smoothly â and the positive energy that keeps the team motivated. Youâll:
Lead each shift with confidence, clarity, and consistency
Set the tone on the floor â calm, upbeat, and solution-focused
Work side-by-side with your team to hit service, sales, and quality goals
Delegate tasks thoughtfully so everyone knows their role
Keep the shop clean, stocked, and running efficiently
Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism and warmth
Ensure food safety, cash handling, and operational standards are always met
Support training and help newer team members feel confident and capable
Communicate clearly with management about whatâs working and what needs attention
Be the connector â bridging leadership expectations with the day-to-day energy of the team
