Oversee and manage daily shift operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met Lead and motivate team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment Handle customer interactions professionally, resolving issues and maintaining satisfaction Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members during shifts Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Answer phone calls and process customer orders accurately Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization Participate in hands-on tasks as needed, including food preparation and delivery coordination Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management Implement and uphold company policies and procedures Contribute to achieving store performance goals and targets

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor Strong money management and basic math skills Proficiency in store operations and point-of-sale systems Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, sound decisions Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is a plus
