Shift Leader – Join South Downs Care!

📍 Location: Downs House, Hampshire
💰 Salary: £13.85 - per hour (annual review)
⭐ Weekend Rate: £14.35 - per hour
🕒 Hours: 24 - 42 hours per week

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Shift Leader to join our team at Downs House. If you’re passionate about making a difference in the lives of elderly residents and thrive in a supportive, team-focused environment, this role is for you!

✔ Medication Trained – Confident in administering and managing medication

✔ Creative & Resilient – Adapts to challenges and brings fresh ideas to enhance care
