Job Description

Balance Management and Accuracy:

• Regularly monitor and correct shell (backlog) balances to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

• Validate balances against system data, forecasts, and financial reports.

Collaboration and Issue Resolution:

• Interface with cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Service Managers, Credit, Forecast Support, SCDR Tool Owners) to resolve discrepancies and ensure process alignment.

• Identify the root causes of inaccuracies and collaborate with stakeholders to implement resolutions.

Reporting and Process Improvement:

• Track and report on shell balance progress, including reductions, accuracy improvements, and trend identification.

• Proactively recommend and document improvements to the shell balance tracking, validation, and reporting processes to boost efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, identify discrepancies, and propose corrective actions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.

• Proficiency in key tools and systems (e.g., SCDR, forecasting tools, reporting platforms).

• Comfort working with extensive datasets and producing clear, actionable reports.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in financial reconciliation or backlog management.

• Familiarity with forecasting, credit, and customer service processes.

• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Target Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $96,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
