The pay range per hour is $20.82 - $37.45

A role at Target Printing Services (TPS) means becoming part of a dynamic team that drives the strategy of internal partners such as Marketing and Store Operations through print and kitting projects. The TPS team has a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to planning, press, fulfillment, and distribution, enabling us to positively impact guest and team member experiences while embodying Target’s core values
As a Sr Operator (Shelf Label Strip Operator), your primary function will be to set up and operate the equipment. You will also be responsible for achieving the standard production rates and quality standards on the equipment. In this role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Setting up jobs and following all ticket instructions to ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time.
• Maintaining or exceeding all quality standards and maintaining strict adherence to all operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Entering all production data into our Monarch data collection system including the start and end time of the task assigned, the quantity of production produced, etc. as required.
• Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
• Completing routine maintenance and troubleshooting/making simple repairs as necessary.
• Providing training to other team members as requested by supervisor.
• Working with leader to provide feedback upstream to improve Hunkeler production.
• Helping in other work areas if needed to support business needs.

About you:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating finishing equipment.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods (12-hour shifts).
• Be available to work holidays during peak production periods.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting job tickets.
• Skilled in machinery operation and troubleshooting.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
The core role requires you to report and perform job duties primarily On-Site at a Target HQ location
