Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sheetmetal Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of mid-to-large scale construction projects. This role oversees budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Job Responsibilities:

The duties will include, but are not limited to:

Lead full project lifecycle: planning, execution, and closeout

Develop schedules, budgets, and execution plans

Coordinate with drafting team and review final drawings

Manage costs, labor tracking, and progress reporting

Oversee on-site day-to-day site operations including field staff and subcontractor performance

Ensure compliance with OHSA and company safety protocols

Act as primary liaison with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Qualifications:

Required to have 308A Sheetmetal License and relevant work experience.

Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.

Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
