Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance GmbH is a German company and one of the six Heavy Aircraft Maintenance bases of PAML Group. We carry out maintenance on Ryanair’s entire fleet of the New Generation Boeing 737-800 aircraft at our hangar facility located at Hahn Airport, Germany.

Sheet Metal Workers – Join Our Team in Hahn, Germany
 
The Role and Responsibilities of a Sheet Metal Worker• Perform structural repairs and part replacements on Boeing 737-800 aircraft in compliance with approved maintenance manuals and regulatory standards
• Carry out metal assembly tasks including cutting, filing, drilling, countersinking, fitting, shimming, adjusting, clamping, bolting, reaming, riveting, and bucking.
• Operate standard tools and equipment such as bending machines, drills, and grinders.
• Work in accordance with company policies, procedures, and the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE).
• Identify and implement effective repair solutions using the Structural Repair Manual (SRM).
• Complete both routine and non-routine aircraft structural tasks with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Ensure accurate completion and certification of aircraft documentation in line with MOE and company procedures.

Your profile:
Requirements• Good knowledge of the materials used in aviation
• Manual skills and precision, attention to detail
• Knowledge of technical drawing
• Willing to work shifts
• Applicants must have a valid EU/EEA passport with the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union
• Interpersonal and intercultural skills 
• A valid EU driver's license
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) / German would be an advantage and computer skills (MS Office)
• Preferably holds a German security clearance in accordance with § 7 of German Aviation Security regulations.
