About the role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive SHE Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will responsible for supporting and coordinating occupational health, safety, and environment activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal regulations.
Key responsibilities
• Coordinate and support the Occupational Health & Safety Management System
• Organize and deliver SHE and fire safety trainings for employees and contractors
• Participate in incident investigations and ensure proper documentation and follow-up
• Prepare reports, statistics, and analyze SHE data and trends
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations
• Support and coordinate risk assessments and preventive actions
• Organize and conduct internal SHE audits and inspections
• Maintain contact with authorities and external partners
• Manage permits related to hazardous materials
• Monitor and enforce environmental and safety standards on site
• Support fire safety and industrial safety activities
• Promote a strong safety culture across the organization
 
• Degree or certification in Occupational Health & Safety; Fire Safety qualification is a plus
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant professional experience
• Confident, negotiation-level English language skills
• User-level MS Office knowledge
• Category B driving license
