The SharePoint / Nintex Workflow Specialist designs, develops, and maintains enterprise workflow automation and forms solutions, enabling streamlined, efficient, and scalable business processes across the organisation.

Requirements:
What you'll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain workflow solutions using Nintex Forms and Workflows
• Configure and administer SharePoint on-premises environments to support business needs
• Lead or support migration activities from legacy workflow platforms to modern solutions (e.g. Nintex K2)
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into automated workflow solutions
• Deliver enhancements and continuous improvements to existing workflows and forms
• Provide ad-hoc support and troubleshooting for SharePoint and workflow-related issues
• Ensure workflows align with governance, security, and compliance requirements
• Document workflow designs, configurations, and technical specifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and optimisation

What you'll bring:

• Strong experience designing and supporting Nintex Enterprise Forms and Workflows
• Exposure to or experience with workflow platform migrations (e.g. Nintex K2)
• Advanced SharePoint on-prem administration, configuration, and support skills
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable workflow automation solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Experience working with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• High-quality documentation and communication skills
