We currently have a vacancy for a SharePoint / M365 Solution Architect fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
Your Tasks:
• Design, implementation and maintenance of SharePoint Online web sites;
• Analysis and design of collaboration solutions for individual units or horizontal needs based on M365 suite and Power Automate;
• Design, preparation of materials and delivery of training and coaching sessions both in presence and hybrid modes about the use of the M365 package;
• Analysis and documentation of information architecture;
• Assistance with drafting and keeping up to date data and content of SharePoint sites;
• Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers;
• Design, implementation and maintenance of automation solutions based on Power Automate.
Requirements:
• Master degree in IT, combined with 13 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• Experience with web sites development frameworks;
• Experience with end-user guidance and training;
• Very good knowledge of and work experience with Microsoft SharePoint and its content
• Management;
• Very good knowledge of and work experience with Microsoft Teams and its administration;
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, in particular knowledge and experience in implementing solutions based on SharePoint Online and Power Automate;
• Good knowledge of and working experience with Drupal and its content administration;
• Knowledge of business process analysis;
• Knowledge of software development and service methodologies (e.g., Agile, ITIL);
• Proven conceptual understanding of content structuring, storage, access and presentation elements;
• Excellent command of the English language.
