Experience required: 7-9 years 

Technical/Functional Skills         

• Minimum of 6 years of experience using SharePoint WSS programming using .NET
• Must have knowledge in web application architecture and SharePoint custom workflows
• Minimum of 2 years of experience using SQL and PL-SQL
• Need to have demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Need to have experience using MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required 4 - 6 years
• Need to have good communication skills (written, verbal) required 3 - 6 years or more

Roles & Responsibilities              

• 7 to 9 years of experience Leads a team of programmers. 
• Designs and implements complex technical solutions. Develops block diagrams and logic flow charts. 
• Translates detailed design into computer software. 
• Supports testing, debugging, and refining the computer software to produce the required product. 
• Help prepare both program-level and user-level documentation. 
• Enhances software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. 
• This is highly responsible work maintaining and maturing web presence, both Internet and Intranet. 
• Will be responsible for the creation of concept, design, testing and maintenance of websites, pages and applications.
• Will meet frequently with staff before and during the project, to ascertain requirements, and also afterwards to train staff in the proper maintenance of web pages and proper use of web applications. 
• General duties will include advising web developers and management on all aspects of web development from technology to functionality to graphics

Top 3 - 5 Daily responsibilities:

• Create design documentation (LSDD, PSDD, etc.)
• Understand project requirements and develop program components using DOTNET (C#) and SharePoint technologies.
• Prepare Unit and System test case documents
• Need to work with business for user acceptance testing
• Need to prepare required project documents
• Need to prepare project documentation and code review
• Baseline all project deliverables as per change control process

• Good comm skills are a big priority
