At Uni Systems, we turn digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Microsoft Technologies Developer with a strong focus on SharePoint Online to join our UniQue Enterprise & Cloud Projects team.

In this role, you’ll go beyond traditional development - helping our clients transform their operations through innovative solutions built on the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem. You will collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders, contributing not just code, but also ideas, insights, and improvements that drive real impact.

For the Microsoft Technologies Developer position we expect you to:

• Design and develop high-quality, efficient code using SharePoint, M365 and Azure Cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams, understanding business needs and translating them into technical solutions.
• Perform Code optimization for maximum performance and scalability, perform code reviews.
• Actively explore and adopt emerging technologies, tools, and approaches within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Contribute to process improvement, solution design, and team knowledge sharing beyond pure development tasks.

Requirements:
What do you need to succeed in this position?

Your experience, skill set and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to have

• 3+ years of professional experience including SharePoint Online development – more are welcome.
• Strong experience in developing, deploying, and managing applications on Microsoft Azure and/ or Power Platform.
• Collaborative team player with a commitment to professionalism.
• Proven track of record in meeting project deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

While not obligatory, possessing any of these qualifications would be highly advantageous:

• Strong ability to participate and contribute to architectural discussions and decisions.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experienced in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Ability to mentor and guide younger team members, fostering their growth and enhancing overall team performance.
• Certifications in relevant technologies and programming languages.
