Role Summary

We are looking for a senior SharePoint Architect to lead enterprise-scale SharePoint and Microsoft 365 initiatives in a BFSI environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning platform strategy, leading teams, and advising senior stakeholders — not just building sites.The architect will define roadmaps, guide modernization, and lead onshore/offshore teams supporting collaboration platforms used across investment, operations, and portfolio functions.

What This Person Will Do

· Own the SharePoint / M365 platform roadmap

· Lead enterprise modernization (legacy SharePoint → SharePoint Online)

· Provide architecture leadership across SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform

· Guide and mentor onshore and offshore delivery teams

· Partner with business and IT leaders to translate needs into scalable solutions

· Establish governance, security, and best practices

· Stay current on Microsoft roadmap and industry trends and advise leadership accordingly

Must-Have Skills

· Strong hands-on experience with:

o SharePoint Online

o Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive)

o Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

· Experience leading enterprise SharePoint programs

· Ability to create platform roadmaps and future-state architecture

· Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-visibility environments

· Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills

· Experience leading distributed / offshore teams

Nice-to-Have  

· BFSI, financial services, or highly regulated environments

· SharePoint governance at scale

· Power Platform automation

· Microsoft certifications

· Exposure to Copilot / AI in M365
