Job Description

Support/troubleshoot SharePoint 2013 and several core technologies including Windows Server 2012, SQL Server 2012.

Conceptual understanding of DNS, AD and Loadbancing are required.

Provide best practice implementation and proven records of such implementations are a plus.

Perform root cause analysis for production issues in the applications. Fix the problems and perform enhancements to prevent future application problems and excellent troubleshooting experience in a multi tier environment is required.

Provide on-call support for critical SharePoint related issues.

Ability to work efficiently and productively with minimal direction or guidance

Work closely with multiple teams to ensure the success of the project and operational support duties and responsibilities.

Knowledge of 3rd party tools for BPM, migrations, reporting and performance are plus.

Knowledge of ADFS, siteminder and Cloud technologies are plus.

Minimum 6+ years of experience in a multi-tier SharePoint farm environment by performing the installation and configuration of the farm and services such as Search, Excel, Performance Point, Managed Metadata, Business Connectivity, User Profile, sql reporting, InfoPath forms and powerpivot.

Installing and configuring SharePoint patching and upgrades as needed.

Secure store service ID setup for infopath

Infopath service configuration

CCAR and MARS related DNS request/Cut-over
