The Challenge:
Driving Operational Excellence & Seamless Execution
We are building a highly efficient production services engine. Our goal is to ensure absolute compliance, accuracy, and support across HR, Finance, and Procurement, ensuring our business functions without friction.
Your challenge as a Shared Services Senior Specialist is to act as the crucial anchor for our daily operations.
As a hands-on junior operator (2–5 years’ experience) with strong ownership, you will support the execution and day-to-day management of HR, Finance, Procurement, and operational processes.
We expect you to execute with precision, maintain strict compliance, and confidently support senior leadership across multiple functions.
You will be a champion for process, ensuring that interacting with our internal services feels easy, organised, and highly reliable.
Key Responsibilities:
HR & People Operations
Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts, offers, GOSI, and employee files.
Support payroll preparation, leave tracking, and benefits administration.
Maintain meticulously compliant employee records aligned with Saudi labor law, and seamlessly
coordinate with PROs on visa, iqama, and government-related processes.
Finance & Administration Financial Accuracy:
Take ownership of preparing and tracking invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Support monthly payroll inputs and perform basic reconciliations.
Maintain accurate vendor records, assist with budgeting and cost tracking, and coordinate smoothly with outsourced accountants and internal finance teams.
Procurement & Vendor Management Strategic Sourcing:
Assist in RFQs, vendor comparisons, and comprehensive procurement documentation.
Manage vendor onboarding meticulously (ensuring CR, VAT, certificates, and compliance docs are in order). Track purchase orders, contracts, and payment timelines, maintaining a robust vendor database to ensure complete documentation.
Operations & Governance Process & Compliance:
Support the documentation of policies, SOPs, and internal processes.
Ensure filing, documentation, and audit readiness across all functions.
Assist in accurate submissions to government platforms (Etimad, client portals, tenders), coordinate internal approvals, and maintain meticulous operational trackers.
The Ideal Candidate:
Educational Foundation: You are a graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, HR, or a similarly relevant field.
Proven Experience: You have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in HR, Finance, Operations, or a similar environment. Experience supporting multiple functions simultaneously is highly preferred.
Compliance Expertise: You have a strong, practical understanding of Saudi compliance basics (GOSI, ZATCA, and ideally MISA).
Highly Organized & Execution-Focused: You are incredibly detail-oriented and thrive on getting things done. You are proactive, reliable, and entirely comfortable operating with minimal supervision across multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Accessible Communicator: You possess strong documentation and communication skills.
You are fluent in English (required), and proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Pattern: Predominantly office-based with standard business hours
Annual Leave: Standard Saudi Labour Law allowance + Public Holidays
