About the Team:
Our General Health Services BU is critical to the success of Doctor Anywhere. We are a team of healthcare and administrative professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere’s general healthcare operations including clinics, telemedicine, mobile medical services, executive health screening and imaging centers. With our patients as top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the benefits of innovative modes of service delivery and medical technology.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Principal Executive who will support the team’s operational planning and oversee the daily functional support to our mobile team of doctors, nurses and healthcare assistants who travel across Singapore to deliver trusted patient care - health screenings, vaccinations, medical consultations and nursing procedures - at corporate on-site and home-based settings.
The ideal candidate possesses strong critical thinking and organisational skills, a mindset of continuous improvement and change, and demonstrates genuine curiosity, collaboration and ability to deal with ambiguity, especially in an innovative corporate environment.
This role reports directly to the Manager, Mobile Health Services.
Key Responsibilities:
The following are the key responsibilities and requirements:
Strategic Planning
Furnish operational metrics and data to monitor team performance.
Support the development and implementation of growth strategies.
Provide analyses and recommendations to enhance service delivery.
Calculate and coordinate provider capacity for reliable provision of health services.
Operations Management
Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations, including but not limited to appointment booking, manpower deployment, claims submission, medical reports generation, patient enquiries and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and company policies.
Monitor stock levels and usage patterns for accurate inventory forecasting and holding.
Manage the procurement of BAU inventory and consumables.
Analyse potential gaps and issues, providing recommendations to drive improvement.
Conduct preliminary investigations and draft incident reports.
Act as a point of escalation for complex issues, patient feedback and urgent matters.
Spearhead the implementation of AI models and technology to improve throughput and work accuracy.
Planning and Execution
Perform recce and site evaluations prior to events.
Plan, coordinate and execute on-site events independently.
Develop standard operating procedures and training materials for knowledge retention.
Streamline existing processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Take charge of the planning and execution of new initiatives and workflows.
Team Leadership
Train and coach team members to achieve team goals.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
Address team concerns promptly to maintain morale and productivity.
Assume the role of project manager for on-site events.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Manager.
Key Requirements:
A Bachelor degree in a related field with at least 3 years of relevant work experience, or a Diploma holder in a related field with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week up to an average of 44 hours a week.
Prior experience in a medical/healthcare setting with a proven track record in team leadership, strategic planning and organisation are preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proactive, meticulous and comfortable working on daily assigned tasks independently.
Strong team leader with the ability to work collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes.
Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
