Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SFTP / EFT Analyst to support and manage secure file transfer operations across the organization. This role is primarily focused on configuring SFTP connections and designing automated workflows using enterprise tools such as GoAnywhere and GlobalScape (EFT).

The ideal candidate will ensure secure, reliable, and efficient file movement between internal systems and external partners, while maintaining strong security standards and operational stability.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and maintain secure file transfer solutions using GoAnywhere and GlobalScape (EFT)
• Set up and support SFTP connections, including key-based and password authentication methods
• Design, build, and maintain automated EFT workflows to support business and integration needs
• Monitor file transfer processes to ensure reliability, performance, and timely delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to file transfers, connectivity, and workflows
• Manage user access, permissions, and role-based security configurations
• Enforce security best practices, including encryption, data protection, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize file transfer processes
• Document configurations, processes, and workflows for operational transparency and continuity

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with secure file transfer tools such as GoAnywhere and/or GlobalScape (EFT)
• Strong knowledge of SFTP, FTP/S, and secure file transfer protocols
• Experience with workflow automation and file transfer scheduling
• Understanding of authentication methods (SSH keys, certificates, passwords)
• Familiarity with security best practices (encryption, access control, compliance)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise integration or DataOps environments
• Knowledge of scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation
• Familiarity with networking concepts (ports, firewalls, connectivity)
• Experience working with external vendors and third-party integrations
