Years of Experience – 8 to 10 years

Mandatory Skills – SFDC, Selenium, Jira

Good Communication skill, Onsite experience

• Team Lead / Senior Testing Specialist will be responsible for analyzing the project requirements and develop a testing strategy, test case development, testing, tracking and reporting.

• should have experience in analyzing requirements, identifying appropriate Test methodologies for the projects, leading Test teams, managing resources, monitoring testing process and resolving issues and risks

• Must have 8+ years of experience

• Must have Experience in Quality Assurance methodologies and automated testing tools and techniques, Agile methodology

• Must Have Skills Technical Skills - SFDC, Selenium, Jira

• Must have good analysis or problem solving skills

• Must have good communication skills

• Must have an ability to work to deadlines

• Experience working on onsite offshore model

• Knowledge in CMM Level 5 processes
