Integrity is actively recruiting a Set-Up Technician to join our expanding team.
As a Set-Up Technician, you will be responsible for situating the tool in the press, as well as preparing the next mold for tryout. You will have regular interaction with both customers and program managers during all part runs.
This position will report directly to the Validation Team Leader.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist process technician in setting up the mold and taking off press
Prepare the next mold for tryouts
Run the press and pack parts according to customer’s instructions
Prepare all boxes, bags, foam and labels for the part runs
Assist with maintenance of the presses
Assist with material handling as needed
Required Qualifications:
Some experience in machine set up an asset, but not required
Strong work ethic
Ability to follow line-up from leader and learn company procedures
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of team
Ability to adapt to changing situations
Ability to follow OHSA and internal health & safety regulations, policies, and SOPs
