Role Overview/Summary:

We are looking for a Setup Lead to join our Digital Design Team. You will help support the rapid growth of the Spark and Digital Orthodontic business unit of Envista. The setup lead will assist the Clinical Performance leader and the Design supervisor in overseeing designer daily production and quality.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Regularly use LEAN tools such as Daily Management and Kaizen (5S, Standard Work, Kanban, etc)
Maintain high quality standard and compliance with the designers
Assist 10-15 designers improve production and quality
Answer questions about case setup, treatment goals, bite settings, software tools, doctor comments (when is needed)
Help prioritize and manage design case queue
Assist with communication between designers and support teams (Clinical, Anatomy, Customer support, Supervisor, Other design leads)
Follow up on designer open tickets

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma or equivalent formal education
Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position
Proficient in Microsoft Office Package
Excellent Verbal and Written Skills (English), and interpersonal skills
Language requirements determined on the region the setup lead is supporting

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience as a lead or administrator
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
High quality and production ratings from Spark Design
