ECAM is looking for talented individuals like you! Be the next Set Up Analyst.

Alarm Engineer will setup and maintain alarm settings aiming for the most efficient and updated alarm settings.

In this role, you should be highly analytical and able to understand client needs.

A successful Alarm Engineer must have a thorough knowledge of Detexi, Alarms and Analytics. The ideal candidate will also have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.

The goal is to setup and maintain updated efficient alarm settings to optimize the role of alarms in keeping the sites safe and secure

Duties & Responsibilities:

Understand video feeds and site requirements

Identify potential threats and risks of the sites

Design, analyze and implement efficient alarm setup

Setup alarms on live cameras and audit alarm setup of all the stations

Ensure quality of the existing alarms and that alarm volume is in a manageable level

Address alarm related issues, concerns, ideas, and escalate any issues encountered

Communicate with Monitoring Centre for any alarm issues

Contribute to team effectiveness by keeping informed and sharing knowledge and technical skills

Safeguard all confidential information whilst exercising due care to prevent its improper disclosure or use

Qualifications:

Possess a Bachelor's/ College Degree

Experience in Security/ Armed Forces/ Protective Services, Video Surveillance Monitoring or equivalent is a plus but not required

Comfortable in front of the computer over long periods of time

Comfortably manipulate a computer using keyboard and mouse

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel, email, web browsing, etc.

Required language(s): Filipino, English

Open to work during evenings, weekends and holidays
