Services is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.
Working closely with our Services Business Development team, Network Services plays a critical role in scaling Services offerings through global, multi-market go-to-market approaches.
As an Analyst in the Network Services team, you will support the development and execution of high-impact commercial initiatives across Europe, helping bring Services solutions to market at scale. This role offers strong exposure to cross-functional collaboration and how commercial strategies are executed across multiple markets.
Role
- Support the planning and execution of go-to-market initiatives for Services solutions across multiple European markets
- Contribute to the rollout of commercial initiatives using scalable approaches (e.g., client communications, incentive programs, pricing strategies)
- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify opportunities, risks, and revenue trends, enabling informed decision-making
- Prepare clear and structured presentations, analyses, and written materials to support internal discussions and approvals
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, Product, Pricing, and Commercialization to ensure launch readiness
- Track initiatives, dependencies, and key actions to drive progress and ensure timely delivery
Conduct market- and client-level analysis to support prioritization and identify areas of growth
- Support the development of cross-market opportunities by gathering input, improving proposals, and shaping practical go-to-market approaches
All about you
- University degree with a few years of professional experience in a commercial, analytical, or project-based environment (e.g., financial services, fintech, consulting, or similar)
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights
- Experience creating structured analyses in Excel and clear presentations in PowerPoint, with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to coordinate work across multiple stakeholders or functions in a collaborative environment
- Clear and professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, including business and process-related topics
- Organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Collaborative and proactive mindset, with willingness to contribute across both execution and problem-solving
- Quick to learn and comfortable navigating ambiguity in environments where processes are still evolving
