DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Discuss and capture requirements with platform and product owners to analyze and recommend solution options.

Perform Functional Specification Document (FSD) reviews and conduct impact assessments for platform enhancements.

Lead governance and change control for enhancements while interfacing with enterprise and domain architects.

Coordinate development efforts with the scrum team, ensuring best practices in Flow Designer and ServiceNow data models.

Develop innovative solutions using Flow Designer and integrate CMDB for efficient data management.

Lead training sessions for team members on ITSM best practices and optimize system performance via Data Sources and Integrations.

MUST HAVE skills for this role:

1- ServiceNow Experience on TSOM

2- ITOM,

3- OMT,

4- TNI modules

5- CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or CMA (Certified Master Architect)

Years of experience required for each skill? 8+ Years.
