We are hiring a ServiceNow System Administrator for a Long term federal project based in Dubai City. You will joining our Global IT Service provider for an exciting new project.
Requirements:
• ServiceNow certified administrator
• · ServiceNow ITSM modules Configuration and Development skills.
• · Mandatory Experience in Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• · Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and tables structure
• · Experience in creating reports and Dashboards in ServiceNow modules
• · Experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) features will be a strong plus
• · Ability to consultatively engage with our customers and provide guidance
• · Strong documentation and presentation skills
• · Excellent verbal and written communication skills
