Job Description

Fully remote within India

Working hours : 11:30am – 8pm (IST)

MUST HAVE active “Certified System Admin” Certification

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow SPM Configurator with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to join our client’s consulting team. This is a 12 months fully remote contract with a possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.

In this role, you’ll focus on configuring and enhancing ServiceNow’s Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SPM and a collaborative mindset. Experience with HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize ServiceNow’s SPM module, including Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, and Agile Development.

• Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications and working configurations.

• Design and implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation within the SPM module.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and platform admins to ensure high-quality solutions.

• Maintain data integrity, optimize performance, and support system testing and deployment.

• Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and SPM-related platform updates.

• Support integration and scripting efforts as needed.
