Talworx is an emerging recruitment consulting and services firm, we are hiring for our client which is a leading big 4 consulting firm of the world,

• 3-9 years of experience with implementation and configuration of ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (ELM), IT Business Management (ITBM), and related modules to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with legal, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and design solutions for legal operations, service portfolio management, and IT financial management.
• Configure and customize Legal Service Delivery workflows, including matter management, contract lifecycle management, and legal hold processes.
• Implement ITBM capabilities such as demand management, project portfolio management (PPM), and financial planning to align IT services with business goals.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems to enable seamless data flow and process automation.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure accuracy and compliance across legal and ITBM modules.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders for effective adoption of implemented solutions.
• Optimize performance and scalability of the ServiceNow platform for legal and ITBM workflows.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow’s latest features and best practices for ELM, ITBM, and related modules.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, process enhancement, and cost optimization.
