Paralucent is a boutique technology project delivery and staffing company that has had tremendous success over the past 21 years. We are a passionate group that has been focused on execution, delivery, and client satisfaction. We are seeking multiple ServiceNow Developers to assist our client in the consulting services sector with future projects.

This will be a 9-12 months contract with possible extension

Fully remote within India

Working hours : 11:30am – 8pm (IST)

You will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing solutions using the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into efficient and scalable ServiceNow applications.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

• Design, develop, and configure new application modules, workflows, and catalog requests on the ServiceNow platform.

• Participate in the full software development life cycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and promotion into production.

• Ensure the development and customization of ServiceNow applications align with industry best practices and adhere to coding standards.

• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications by identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate solutions.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, design documents, and test plans.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other business systems and applications.

• Provide post-production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely resolutions.

• Deploy code into production environments, following proper change management procedures.

• Actively participate in Agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.

• Collaborate with onshore and offshore development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
